Jako smo sretni što ste dali tako divan doprinos našem domu u Hrvatskoj.
Neka sve formalnosti završe tako glatko i brzo. Bez vas bi nama u Njemačkoj zasigurno trebali mjeseci da to napravimo.
Puno vam hvala na tome. Htio bih vas ocijeniti s 5 zvjezdica, ali nažalost još nisam pronašao način da svoju ocjenu podnesem pod vaše recenzije. Možda će ipak uspjeti.

Prije svega zelim da vam se zahvalim na poslovnosti koju ste nam pruzili kod kupnje nekretnine. Vi ste agencija koja se moze samo pozeljeti. Vidi se da se trudite i volite svoj posao...Jedan veliki kompliment g. Zdenki, g. Goranu i cjelokupnom timu koji su nam pruzili potrebne informacije koje odgovaraju stvarnom stanju nekretnine. Sve je bilo ispostovano ,tocno dogovoreno i sigurno, Svi papiri ispravni!!! Nekretnine Maxxia radi kao svicarski sat.. Sve pohvale za ove obrazovane i uspjesne ljude.. G. Großen Dank an Zdenka und Arijana, ich habe nach Zehn Jahren endlich ein Ferienhaus gefunden. Ich fühle mich sehr geborgen bei Maxxia Real Estate. Keine Angst haben, es wird alles für einen erledigt.
Ich habe durch die Empfehlung durch Zdenka jetzt ein Netzwerk von Top Handwerkern und Bauleitung. Bei Fragen kann man Arijana oder Zdenka fragen, es wird geholfen.

Wir haben vor kurzem ein Ferienhaus von MAXXIA Real Estate gekauft und sind sehr froh, dass wir uns für diese Agentur entschieden haben.
Wir wurden vor, während und vor allem auch noch nach dem Kauf bestens von Zdenka Buljat Batur und Goran Buljat betreut. Wir mussten uns um fast nichs kümmern, was mit dem Hauskauf zusammenhing und hatten bei allen auftretenden Fragen, deren es in einem fremden Land mit anderen Bestimmungen viele gab, immer einen kompetenten und hilfsbereiten Ansprechpartner. Da wir des Kroatischen nicht mächtig sind, hat Zdenka Buljat Batur für uns die Wasser- und Strom-Anmeldung vorgenommen. Ferner war sie mit uns auf dem Kataster- und Grundbuchamt. Ich denke, dass man eine derartige Unterstützung bei keiner anderen Agentur bekommt.
Wir möchten uns bei Zdenka und Goran nochmal recht herzlich bedanken und wünschen Ihnen für die Zukunft weiterhin viel Erfolg. Sie haben ihn sich wirklich verdient!
